This Cookie Policy explains how UtilitySEO Ltd ("we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on utilityseo.com and app.utilityseo.com. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy.
We do not load analytics or live-chat scripts until you accept them. If you decline, or simply ignore the banner, they are never loaded.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include:
- Local storage: data kept in your browser beyond a single session. We use this to keep you logged in, and to remember your cookie choice
- Session storage: temporary data cleared when you close the tab
- Pixel tags and web beacons: tiny invisible images used to record whether an email was opened or a page visited
2. What we use

2.4 Marketing and targeting
The LinkedIn Insight Tag listed above is an advertising cookie. It lets us measure LinkedIn ad performance and show ads to people who have already visited this site. Like everything else in 2.3, it loads only if you accept. If you decline, you are not added to any advertising audience.
3. How we ask for your consent
On your first visit a banner appears offering two choices: Accept All or Decline. We do not currently offer per-category selection, so declining means no analytics or live-chat scripts are loaded at all. Nothing non-essential is loaded before you choose, and nothing is loaded if you ignore the banner.
4. Changing your mind
Select Cookie settings in the footer of any page. That clears your stored choice and shows the banner again.
If you withdraw consent after previously accepting, the page reloads so that scripts already running are removed. Data collected before you withdrew is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can ask us to erase it by emailing support@utilityseo.com.

8. Do Not Track
We do not respond to Do Not Track signals, as there is no consistent industry standard for doing so. The banner and the Cookie settings link give you direct control instead.
9. Updates
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified on our website, and each version carries a number and date at the top.
