Run scans from your own software.
Hear when things change.

A project API key lets your software start a site or page scan and read what our crawler found. Webhooks tell your system when a scan finishes, a ranking moves and more.

On every plan. Scans use your plan's normal allowance.

What the API returns

The full scan, as data.

  • Health score

The score and grade, with what changed since the last scan.

  • Every issue

With the pages it is on and its fix guide, in English, German or Dutch.

    SEO fix guides
  • Page speed

Speed results for the pages scanned.

  • AI crawler access

Which crawlers robots.txt lets in, including GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot, with the deciding line.

  • Sitemap and spam checks

The sitemap check and Google's spam policies.

  • Links and structured data

Internal links and the structured data found.

Webhooks

Signed, retried and logged.

  • Choose the events

Scan finished or failed, big ranking moves, new or lost links, competitor and AI visibility changes, and more.

  • Signed messages

Every message is signed so your system can check it came from us.

  • Retries and a log

Retried after 1, 5 and 30 minutes, with Send test and the last 25 deliveries.

API and webhooks questions

Yes. With a project API key you can start a site or page scan and read the health score, issues, page speed, AI crawler access, sitemap and structured data. See the site audit

No. The API covers scans of the project only, with no account, Search Console, GA4 or Ads data.

There are no scheduled scans in the API itself, so your software calls it on its own schedule.
