Attempting to exceed the scan limits of your plan through automated requests or account cycling Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to circumvent rate limiting Creating multiple accounts to benefit from repeated free plan allowances Sharing account credentials with individuals who are not the registered account holder Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorisation Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any portion of our Services

2.3 Interference

Introducing viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious code Performing denial of service attacks or otherwise impairing our systems or other users' access Intercepting or monitoring communications not intended for you

2.4 Misrepresentation

Impersonating any person or entity Falsely claiming affiliation with a person, organisation, or business Misrepresenting the source of any content submitted to the Services

3. Consequences of Violation If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this AUP, we may:

Issue a warning to your registered email address Suspend your account temporarily Terminate your account immediately without refund Report your conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities Take legal action to recover any losses we have suffered as a result of your conduct
