## The audit is more than a checklist

UtilitySEO's site audit is a deep crawl of the whole website, not a one-page checklist. It renders each page like a browser (including JavaScript), runs 100+ technical, on-page and content checks on every page, up to 10,000 pages per scan on Enterprise (500 on Minimum, 2,000 on Entrepreneur), on mobile and desktop. The results come in two forms:

- a fix list in order of importance (the issues costing the most traffic first), each with a plain English guide to what it means and exactly how to fix it, which can be ticked off and added to a to-do list
- a CSV export of every finding for a spreadsheet, plus PDF reports (white-label on Enterprise)

Re-scan at any time to check fixes worked; issues that are fixed drop off and new ones are flagged.

## Why use it as well as Google's free tools

Google Search Console and PageSpeed Insights are free and UtilitySEO uses both. What it adds: PageSpeed checks one page at a time, the audit checks every page; Search Console data is kept beyond Google's 16-month limit so trends go further back; the data from Search Console, Analytics, PageSpeed and the crawl is combined into one ranked list of what to do next; and it tracks whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity mention you, which no Google tool does.
